Obama to introduce new gun laws by January

US President Barack Obama has announced a committee led by Vice President Joe Biden which will come up with "concrete proposals" on the issue of gun by the end of January to curb gun violence. Obama's initiative comes in the wake of national outrage over last week's shootings that killed 26 people at a Connecticut elementary school.
