Describing concerns expressed by Pakistan's opposition parties about the rigging of the upcoming general election as "unjustified", President Pervez Musharraf said on Saturday that no one would be allowed to disturb law and order before or after the polls. Musharraf expressed his firm resolve to hold fair and free elections on February 18.
