UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon has expressed disappointment over the slow pace of progress in the ongoing climate talks in Durban Tuesday marked the start of high-level meetings where Environment Ministers from all over the world are aiming to come to an agreement that would cut greenhouse gas emissions. Speaking at a news conference, Ban urged world leaders to show political will in addressing the climate change issue. However, Ban added he was encouraged by China's commitment to a legally-binding agreement.
