Watch: US cop runs over armed suspect in shocking dashcam footage

Arizona police released a video showing an officer using his cruiser to intentionally run over a suspect, triggering new questions about what critics call excessive use of force by officers in the US. The dashcam footage from two different police cruisers shows the suspect walking down a street and firing a weapon into the air. Within seconds, a different officer uses his cruiser to ram the suspect. Video from that car shows his windshield breaking as the suspect flips in the air. Marana police said the man who was hit is Mario Valencia, who survived the Februrary 19 incident.
