Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelensky on May 13 pressed on his demand to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Turkey on May 15. Zelensky said he was even ready to fly to Istanbul in Turkey, instead of the capital, Ankara, if Putin wishes. The Ukrainian President also suggested that United States Donald Trump’s participation in Turkey talks would push Putin to fly in and join the discussions personally.
