Elon Musk has announced his intention to file a lawsuit against former Rep. Jamaal Bowman, who called him a “thief” and a “Nazi” during a live TV appearance on CNN.
“I've had enough. Lawsuit inbound,” Musk stated responding to a clip of Bowman’s appearance where the former congressman didn't hold back.
“The American people do not trust Elon Musk, and Elon Musk is incompetent in his position. How do we know? Because they fired tens of thousands of people, was challenged in court. The court said the people have to go back, and now the people are coming back,” Bowman torched the Tesla boss.
“He's incompetent. He's a thief. He's a Nazi. And people don't trust him.”
Left-leaning media outlets previously accused Musk of making a ‘Nazi salute’ during a public appearance on Trump’s Inauguration Day. His mother, Maye Musk, has since urged her son to sue CNN and other media outlets for spreading what she calls false narratives.

{{/usCountry}}Bowman, a former member of the progressive ‘Squad’ and a vocal critic of Israel, was ousted from Congress after losing last July’s Democratic primary to George Latimer, a centrist candidate backed by pro-Israel groups. Following his defeat, Bowman alleged that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) used millions of dollars to "brainwash" voters against him.
Other Democrats have also attacked Musk, with Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., labelling him a “Nazi nepo baby” last month.

Right-wing journalist Andy Ngo, who gained attention after being assaulted by Antifa rioters in Portland in 2019, weighed in, saying, “Accusing people of crimes is not protected opinion. CNN is putting itself at risk of liability for bringing on guests who repeat potentially defamatory claims unchallenged.”
“Sue him! Defamation against conservatives can’t go unaddressed, or it will never end,” Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, echoing the same sentiment, wrote on X.
