A recent surveillance video from an Ohio school in the US shows a seven-year-old boy with autism being dragged down corridors by a teacher and her aide, according to local reports.
The teachers have been sent to administrative leave, the Inside Edition reported.
In the video, the boy, Corbin Kemle, can be seen being dragged by a foot as his face hits the floor.
The footage was made public after the case was closed. The prosecutor did not pursue felony charges, according to the Bucyrus Telegraph.
The boy’s mother, Bonnie Kemle McKean, who told the Inside Edition she wanted the teachers to be charged with misdemeanors, has posted the video on Facebook, where it has been shared over 60,000 times.
