The star, who is reportedly near death, has recorded the details of her final days and her day-to-day struggle with cervical cancer in a personal diary titled Forever In My Heart, which will be published after her death, the Daily Mail reported.

The 27-year-old star, who left Royal Marsden Hospital to spend her last days at home, has secured a deal with publishers HarperCollins for the book.

Goody, who has often talked about protecting her sons from her battle with cancer, has not been able to come to terms with leaving them.

"I'm not scared of death, but I am so scared and so, so sorry to be leaving behind my sons," she had said last month.

The former Big Brother star considers the diary to be her final lover letter to her sons Bobby, five and four-year-old Freddy, according to the publishers.

"This is Jade in her own words. It is impossible not to be moved by her heart-warming voice which comes through loud and clear on every page of this last diary, said Belinda Budge, the managing director of Harper Non-Fiction.
