Implants made by French company Poly Implant Prothese have been pulled from world markets over concerns they could rupture and leak silicone into the body. International police agency Interpol clarified Saturday that a “red notice” issued for company director Jean-Claude Mas was unrelated to the scandal. The agency said Mas has been on its most-wanted list in a drunken driving charge in Costa Rica.
