The maid accusing Dominique Strauss-Kahn of attempted rape will file a civil suit seeking damages if prosecutors do not press criminal charges, her lawyer said Thursday.
"What she wants is justice and if the prosecutors are not going to bring this case to trial then we have to look for justice and what I look forward to is putting this case before a jury," attorney Kenneth Thompson told a press conference.
