A suicide car bomb exploded near an international military airport in the Afghan capital early on Friday, killing one Afghan soldier and wounding four other people, the government said.
The suicide attacker appeared to have been aiming for international troops near a NATO base in the city, interior ministry spokesman Zemarai Bashary told AFP.
