Her husband (23), his mother (56), brother (28) and sister (25) were arrested on suspicion of murder, the police said.
Sana was admitted to hospital with severe stomach cramps and was unable to move for 19 days after giving birth to a daughter in April, and spent much of the following weeks in intensive care.
Her husband and mother-in-law have been bailed pending further inquiries, while the other two family members are still in police custody.
