Attention students! The baap of all college festivals is here. After enthralling college students for the last eight years, HT City Youth Nexus 2013 gets bigger and better this year. The city youth have registered in large numbers to be a part of the festival, which is a regular in the annual college events calendar.
Being presented in association with Fever Entertainment, the festival will witness the best of talent in the city competing in four categories — Rockonova (rock band competition), Campus Funk (choreography contest), Trendsetters (fashion show competition) and Uprisers (street play competition). The registration process for the auditions concluded recently and students from more than 40 colleges registered over a span of 11 days on ground kiosks and through Facebook. A total of 205 teams have registered in total.
The fun-filled affair will conclude with a grand finale on April 4-5 at Ramlal Anand College where the best of the university’s cultural talent will compete for the title. Pakistani singer Shafqat Amanat Ali will wrap up the fest with his live performance.
The auditions for the grand finale of the event will kick off on April 2 across different colleges in the city.
