inception, the Utsav has been loved and appreciated by theatre lovers. It is a delight for us to provide a platform to actors, directors and playwrights to showcase their art to the people who yearn for good visual performances," says J P Singh of Sahitya Kala Parishad. The fest will start with the story of star-crossed lovers Laila Majnu. Written by Natharam Gaur and directed by Anil Chaudhary, the play depicts the well-known love saga, sans dialogues.
