A four-year-old girl was allegedly molested by a security guard at a private school in Bengaluru on Tuesday, police said.

The incident came to light when the child told her parents that she felt like vomiting. When the parents asked her what was wrong, she told them the security guard had touched her inappropriately, said police.
The child was immediately rushed to a clinic and then to the MS Ramaiah Hospital. Police said the medical report was awaited.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (North division), Chethan Singh Rathor, said the accused, Obalesh, has been apprehended. “We are questioning him at the moment,” Rathor added.
He said the school had CCTV cameras. “We are looking at the footage to ascertain the nature of the crime,” he added.
Police have registered a case has under sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 2012.
