The first-ever direct flight from the Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal to Jeddah for Haj Pilgrims will leave on Friday, airport sources said.

The first-ever direct flight from the Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal to Jeddah for Haj Pilgrims will leave on Friday, airport sources said.

The flight will depart at 0510 hours and will be in operation for ten days, they said.

During this period, around 2100 Haj pilgrims would go from here directly to Jeddah.

The Tajjul Masjid in the Royal market area of the city has been made the transit point for the pilgrims and they will gather here to go to the Raja Bhoj Airport, sources added.
