Two friends shot at over old enmity
Two friends, who were returning home after having tea at an eatery, were allegedly fired at over an old enmity near Putlighar. One of them got injured in the incident.

Two friends, who were returning home after having tea at an eatery, were allegedly fired at over an old enmity near Putlighar. One of them got injured in the incident.
Police said that Fazal (21), a resident of Kabitpura, and his friend Zubair were on their way home after having tea when one Nayab alias Nahid, who was on a scooter, shot at them. Fazal escaped but Zubair got injured.
The victim was rushed to hospital, where his condition was reported to be stable. Nayab had an old enmity with Fazal, police said. The accused has been booked and efforts are on to catch him.
