Actor Irrfan Khan is all set to play Fanney Khan in a rustic love story directed by filmmaker Shivam Nair and produced by Anjum Rizvi. Talking of Irrfan’s role, Nair said, “His is a very entertaining character. After Paan Singh Tomar, he plays a light-hearted fictitious character called Fanney Khan, who is a member of Saraswati Brass band that goes for weddings in Lucknow.” Actor Aditi Rao Hydari is cast opposite Irrfan in the film.
