But when Aditya Chopra decided to return to direction after a gap of eight years with Befikre, he placed his bets on a relatively younger rising star, Ranveer Singh. His last film was 2008’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi which starred SRK and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles.
