Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt says actor Aamir Khan’s warning that his latest film, Delhi Belly is meant only for adults, is a publicity gimmick. "It’s a forbidden fruit syndrome and not social concern that’s making Aamir say this. It’s a very clever ploy," says Bhatt.
