When the 70-year-old actor went on the stage at the Stardust Awards to collect the award on behalf of his son Abhishek in the best comic actor category (for Bol Bachchan), actor Ayushmann requested him to do a jig on the song ‘Jumma Chumma de de’ from his 1991 hit, Hum. It was when he had to give out the kiss as part of the song’s act that the heroines in the front row — Vidya Balan, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Bipasha Basu and Parineeti Chopra — came running up for it.

“I asked during ‘Jumma ..’ who do I have to kiss .. And all the lovely ladies in the front row ran up the stage - guess who ???? Vidya, Priyanka, Parineeti, Anushka, Bipasha ... and I gave them all a peck ... !!! Its been a generous day ! hahahah ! (sic),” tweeted Big B, who himself was honoured with with the ‘Star of the Century’ award. Priyanka Chopra also tweeted, “... when ayushman asked @Sr Bachchan to do Jumma chumma.. he said who wud want my chumma in jest.. Me Vidya bips and anushka ran up like school girls saying ‘we do’! And got the coveted kiss too! Haha! Love u @SrBachchan Ure the best (sic)!”
