I’m not with anybody at the moment: Sara Khan confirms break up

Sara Khan admits she’s no longer in a relationship; says she is excited about bagging a Pakistani TV show.

Actor Sara Khan’s personal life has often made headlines. She got married to TV actor Ali Merchant on a reality show (in 2010), which grabbed a lot of attention. They separated after two months. The actor was also in the news last year for her rumoured wedding with Delhi-based businessman Rishabh Tandon.

Reports now suggest that these two have parted ways as well. “I’m not with anybody at the moment,” says Sara. “There are times when you fall in love with a person, and feel like you belong with him or her. But if it doesn’t work out, you need to step out of it,” she adds.

The actor also feels that “no one has the right to talk about her personal life”. “(But) if people still want to talk about it, I don’t care,” Sara says. The actor adds that she will never “deny” or “lie” about being in a relationship. “People always find out. I am open about my relationships, whether I am with someone or not,” she says.
