In the evening, stars arrived for the IIFA Rocks, a fashion and music event where designers Rajesh Pratap Singh, Sabyasachi and Vikram Phadnis showcased their collections to the music of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

Actor Anushka Sharma and filmmaker Karan Johar hosted the event that saw performances by actors Mallika Sherawat, Dia Mirza and singing group RDB. Meanwhile, actor Raj Kapoor’s wife and children also came for the official naming ceremony of the Raj Kapoor Crescent — a new street in a city at the outskirts of Toronto, known for its large South Asian population.
