Director Rakesh Ranjan Kumar of Gandhi to Hitler fame, is making the film, titled Marksheet, based on Kumar’s life. “It is not a biopic but the film is indeed inspired from his life. I am working on the technological aspect of how the racket of leaking the question papers of medical, engineering, banking and other key exams works. We will show all the latest technologies that are being used to do the same,” says Ranjan, who has finalised Zahid as the main lead, but will soon start hunting for the female lead for the film.

“The movie will be majorly shot in Delhi so we are looking for an innocent girl who has a Punjabi feel to herself. We will kick start the auditions in May in the campus,” adds Ranjan.

Marksheet will go on floors this September and is expected to release in March next year.
