Priyanka Chopra is my idol: Shraddha Kapoor

Priyanka Chopra’s performance in her recently released film Mary Kom has won her appreciation from several members of the Indian film fraternity. And the latest one to shower praise on the actor is Shraddha Kapoor.

Priyanka Chopra’s performance in her recently released Sanjay Leela Bhansali production Mary Kom has won her appreciation from several members of the Indian film fraternity. And the latest one to shower praise on the actor is Shraddha Kapoor. "She believes that Priyanka has set the benchmark with her performance while playing the Olympic medal-winning boxer Mary Kom," says a source close to Shraddha.







The young star, who watched the film recently, apparently looks up to Priyanka as a role model. She is also looking forward to meeting her, and learning from her. Shraddha says, "I’ve said that Priyanka is my idol many times. I should meet her at length, and find out more about how she approaches a character. There are a lot of things that I can learn from her."
