The sets of Simmba seem like one giant, never-ending party. The stars of the film — Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan — have shared some more fun pictures from their shoot and we wish we could also join in on the fun.

Ranveer has shared a cool picture of actor Anil Kapoor giving him a big kiss. Ranveer is seen in full Simmba costume — the khaki police uniform — and with a big smile on his face. “LAKHAN x SIMMBA love you @anilskapoor,” he captioned the photo. Anil retweeted the picture and wrote, “This is what true love looks like! Always proud of you my Tiger! @RanveerOfficial #Takht #Takht #Takht #Takht.” Anil and Ranveer will be seen together in Karan Johar’s next directorial, historical epic, Takht. It also stars Kareena Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal and Janhvi Kapoor.

Sara also shared pictures with Simmba director Rohit Shetty on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. “Happy Teachers’ Day @itsrohitshetty Sir!! Thank you for being the kindest, warmest and most giving person I know. And thank you for trying to teach me not just my job, but how to be a better person each time I meet you. #simmba #gratitude #boss,” she wrote with a series of photos.

Simmba, a remake of 2015 Telugu blockbuster Temper, will mark the debut of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter, Sara. It also stars Sonu Sood. Produced by Karan Johar, the flick will hit the big screens on December 28.

Talking about the film, Ranveer had said at a press conference, “It has been a mind, soul enhancing experience. Rohit sir is the king of the genre. I am growing as an artiste. It is not easy to be performing, acting in mainstream films as there is comedy, drama, action, etc. It is my biggest film and I am very excited about it. It is going to be a full on family entertainer and I want to be part of films like this in future.”

Calling Rohit an amazing leader, Ranveer said there is so much to learn from him about filmmaking and connecting with mass audience. “His passion and energy is infectious. He is so immersed in the process, you feel compelled to do your best work and that is why he makes the kind of entertainers that he does and his films are successful. Also, he treats his people well so much so that most of them are working with him for over ten years. For them it is more than a job. It is true passion to create legacy.” The film also starring Sara Ali Khan is set to release in December this year.
