“I’m glad, however, things didn’t work out with Amitji because that’s the reason Dharamji is in the film today,” she says.

Hema’s film brings together father and daughter, Dharmendra and Eesha Deol, on screen for the first time.

It’s scheduled for release on September 30.

Meanwhile, Hema did a small cameo in Bachchan’s just-released Aarakshan.
