The signed book will be auctioned on April 27 to support a charity for single parent families.

And Doctor Who star David Tennant has given away his own well-thumbed script from the first episode of the latest series, signed by him and co-star Freema Agyeman.

"The Doctor Who script is particularly valuable because it is unique to David. It could raise a six-figure sum,” the Daily Express quoted a source, as saying.

The donations are being made to support the organisation One Parent Families, which is chaired by Rowling.
