Picture this: 190 million square feet of area laden with gadgets, more than 1,62,000 people from over 160 countries, more than 27,000 new devices launched. And within all those huge numbers, one very happy face – mine!
That was CES 2013 (Consumer Electronics Show at Las Vegas); big and beautiful. It left me sore, breathless, sleep-deprived, totally exhausted yet ecstatically happy.
While some naysayers were questioning the importance of this mega event, CES this year, proved once again that great ideas and innovation will always win – irrespective of whether they come from some giant corporation or a small new start-up. In the next two weeks, I’ll take you through the best and the worst of CES this year. Let the Vegas Games begin....
