Aahar 2011, the 26th edition of International Food and Hospitality Fair was inaugurated by Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry, recently, at the Auditorium of Hall No. 8 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The Chairman & Managing Director of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) Dr. Subas Pani presided over the inaugural function while Ashok Sinha, Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries was the Guest of Honour.

"Moving Away from Commodity to Processing"- is the theme of AAHAR 2011 while special focus will be on Bakery and Confectionery products.
