AirAsia India, the proposed low fare airline, plans to launch operations as early as in March if the government issues it an air operating permit (AOP), according to two executives at the company.

AirAsia India, the proposed low fare airline, plans to launch operations as early as in March if the government issues it an air operating permit (AOP), according to two executives at the company.

The airline is preparing to open bookings via its website by February, the executives said, requesting anonymity.
