First Asian deo plant in Maharashtra

Anglo-Dutch firm Unilever on Monday said it will invest €50 million (Rs. 361 crore) to set up its first Asian aerosol deodorant manufacturing facility in Khamgaon, Maharashtra. HT reports.

“This is part of our broader expansion plans to help us achieve our ambition of doubling business,” said Pier Luigi Sigismondi, chief supply chain officer, HUL.
