In most cases, you will find Windows-versions on their websites as well. In case not, ask a developer friend to download the freely available original source code and port it to Windows. You could then create your own CD and distribute it freely, under the terms of the GPL (gnu.org). Do email me the website address from where others may download your CD compilation.
