Ministry seeks time to respond to RIL

“We have been informed by your advocate and solicitor (on November 23) that you intend to commence arbitration in block KG-D6. The matter is under consideration and the ministry needs more time to respond on the issue and would do so by 31 January 2012,” the ministry told RIL in its letter dated December 21.
