Mukherjee laid the statement on estimated receipts and expenditure of the government for the year 2010-11, a statement of the macro-economic framework and also statements of the medium-term fiscal policy and the fiscal policy strategy.

Chairman Hamid Ansari adjourned the House for the day soon after Mukherjee laid all the documents, even as Opposition benches tried to seek clarifications on the budget.
