State-run Punjab & Sind Bank's shares debuted 20% higher on the NSE on Thursday after raising 4.8 billion rupees via its initial public offer.

At 9.17 am, shares were up 10% at 132 rupees while NSE Benchmark Nifty was up 0.23%.
