Rajan Nanda quits from Escorts Finance MD post

Escorts Finance Board accepts the resignation of Rajan Nanda from the post of Managing Director.

Escorts Finance Ltd said on Monday that its Board had accepted the resignation of Rajan Nanda from the post of Managing Director.

Nanda had put in his papers on December 19, 2005, which was accepted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on December 26, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange.
