RComm offers free calls and mobile TV for Independence Day

Telecom major Reliance Communications today announced limited period offer of free calls and mobile TV for its 3G customers on the 64th anniversary of the country's Independence Day.

"People typically have more time to talk to their family and friends during holidays and we felt providing offers
around the Independence Day would enable people to reach out to their loved ones to exchange pleasantries," Khurshed Ahmed,Hub Head, Delhi, Reliance Communications said in a statement.

Under the offer, RComm's 3G customer can make free local and STD video call for four days, applicable from August 13 to 16, 2011.

The company said that offer will be auto activated for Reliance subscribers in all 3G Circles and is applicable only
for on-net Video call.

In addition to this, Reliance 3G customers will be able to view live TV channels on Reliance Mobile TV Lite by making a free video call to toll free number from Aug 13 to Aug 31, 2011, the statement said.
