Real estate developer Supertech on Tuesday announced a tie-up with Italian fashion brand Armani group to design the interiors of 100 super luxury homes in a Noida project.
"We have signed a contract with the Armani group for interior designing of residences in our Supernova project. The 100 apartments varying from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet will be sold through invitation," said RK Arora, CMD, Supertech.
Supertech said discussions are still ongoing with the Armani team to finalise rates for the Armani-designed residences. "The price of such apartments could be 75-100% higher than other homes in the Supernova project," Arora indicated.
The flats without designer tags in the Supernova project launched in 2011 at Sector 94, Noida, are being sold at Rs 15,000 per square foot. The project is expected to be completed by 2016.
