CMC, an information technology solutions and services provider, was bought over by TCS when the government divested a 51 per cent stake in 2001. “The initiative is aimed at enhancing our customer servicing capabilities in the financial services space. Customers will be able to complete their financial transactions using Reliance Money kiosks,” said Ramanathan Ramanan, managing director and CEO, CMC.

In addition, CMC will also facilitate Reliance Money’s customer acquisition process and act as a partner in both its trading and financial distribution businesses.

Reliance Money plans to deploy over 10,000 kiosks in the country.
