RIIL fixes July 14 as record date for dividend payout

The Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industrial Infrastructure today said it has fixed July 14 as the record date for determining the shareholders who will be eligible dividend, if declared at the company's forthcoming AGM.

The Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industrial Infrastructure (RIIL) on Friday said it has fixed July 14 as the record date for determining the shareholders who will be eligible dividend, if declared at the company's forthcoming AGM.

The decision on whether to pay dividend or not would be taken at the company's 22nd annual general meeting to be held on August 4, RIIL said in a filing to the BSE.

"Dividend will be paid on or after August 4 to those members whose names appear on the company's register of members and to the beneficial owners whose particulars are furnished by the depositories as on July 14," it added.

Shares of RIIL today closed at Rs 940.60, down 0.59 per cent on the BSE.
