SpiceJet appoints Seema Chandra as CFO

Low cost carrier SpiceJet said it has appointed Seema Chandra as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from Wednesday.

"...Her (Chandra) experience along with her strong set of skills around strategic and business focussed finance is a combination that SpiceJet needs at this point of time," SpiceJet Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Aggarwal said in a statement.

Prior to this, Chandra has worked as Chief Financial Officer with Mascon Global.

She has an experience of over 25 years and has worked with companies, including Nestle India, Ranbaxy and HT Media, the company added.
