Tata Teleservices, India's fourth-biggest mobile carrier, expects to spend about $500 million for rollout of 3G wireless data services by the end of 2010, Managing Director Anil Sardana said on Wednesday.

Earlier in the day, the company said it will complete the 3G rollout across all nine telecom zones this year.
Tata Tele, 26 per cent owned by Japan's NTT DoCoMo, won rights in an auction earlier this year to offer 3G services in nine of India's 22 designated telcom zones for 58.64 billion rupees ($1.3 billion).
