Police recovered 2.1-kg charas at Kullu on Thursday evening and held one person in this connection. Police said accused Khem Chand, a resident of Bhosa Dhar village of Kullu district, was going towards Kamand Dhar under police station Bhuntar, when police personnel on patrol duty, detained the accused for checking. During checking, police recovered 2.1-kg charas from his possession and arrested him under NDPS Act.
