Haryana Police have arrested a man carrying five kg poppy husk near Sirsa bus stand and booked him under the Drug Trafficking Act.
A police spokesman today said that the accused had been identified as Kuldeep Singh, a resident of Lahal village of district Bathinda in Punjab.

He said in another incident the Sirsa Police arrested two people indulging in 'satta' at a public place. The accused have been identified as Ramesh, a resident of Railway colony and Narvel Singh, a resident of Friends colony, Sirsa.
