Third-year BTech students of Quest Group of Institutions students bagged the first and second positions in the examination held by Punjab Technical University (PTU) in November 2013.
Ujjwal KC and Nava Raj Khatri-both of whom study in the fifth semester of the institute’s mechanical engineering course-secured 87.41% and 86.59% marks in the examination.
Meanwhile, Amanjyot Kaur (ECE) and Shyam Kumar Rauniyar (civil engineering)-both of whom study in the third semester of their respective courses-secured 89.73% and 81.25% and bagged the second and the ninth positions in the examination.
Gurwinder Singh, Saurav and Mohit Sharma, all of whom study in the seventh semester of the college’s civil engineering course, bagged the fourth, fifth and ninth positions by securing 88.33%, 88% and 86.11% marks. Simmi Aggarwal, a student of the seventh semester of the institute’s computer science engineering course notched up 88.4% and stood ninth.
