Aggarwal receives economic growth award

Aggarwal received the award from Bhishma Narain Singh, former governor of Tamil Nadu and Assam for his outstanding performances in engineering during his tenure in Haryana Irrigation Department and in BBMB. The award consisted a plaque and a certificate of excellence.
