Bhola drug case: Hearing adjourned till April 27

The Punjab and Haryana high court adjourned the hearing in the multi-crore Bhola drug racket case till April 27. Two status reports were filed by Punjab government and Election directorate.

The Punjab and Haryana high court adjourned the hearing in the multi-crore Bhola drug racket case till April 27. Two status reports were filed by Punjab government and Election directorate.

The transfer of key ED official Niranjan Singh will also be heard on April 27. During the last hearing, Singh had opposed his transfer orders.

The drug racket case is being investigated by the Punjab police and the high court is monitoring the probe. The ED has launched a parallel investigation to probe the money laundering allegations in the drug scam.
