With her conscientious effort to excel despite suffering from a heart ailment, Neelam (name changed on school's request), a student of St Soldier International Convent School here, has made her family and teachers proud by scoring 88.4% in the CBSE Class 12 examination in commerce stream.
Disappointed that she did not cross the 90% mark on account of less marks in business studies, Neelam has always been a diligent student with a zealous and passionate approach to scale new heights. A fighter, she fought against all odds to excel in academics and co-curricular activities.
Acknowledging her teacher's incessant efforts, Neelam said, "I am fortunate enough to be a part of St Soldier International Convent School as the school provided a strong platform and chiseled my personality". The young achiever was all praise for her family and parents who have always stood by her in the thick and thin of life.
