Cloudburst near LoC, 5 BSF jawans injured, one missing
A Border Security Post and eight houses were swept away, while five BSF troopers were injured and one was missing, following a cloudburst near the Line of Control in Gurez sector in north Kashmir's Bandipora district on Wednesday.

A Border Security Post and eight houses were swept away, while five BSF troopers were injured and one was missing, following a cloudburst near the Line of Control in Gurez sector in north Kashmir's Bandipora district on Wednesday.
The cloudburst occurred near Tulail, 140 km from here, in the wee hours washing away a BSF post and eight residential houses, officials said.
Five BSF jawans were rescued in an injured condition, they said, adding a head constable was missing and efforts were on to trace him.
The cloudburst triggered a landslide but there was no report of any civilian casualty, the officials said.
